I got a MAC!

April 28, 2008 – 7:23 am

Apple loves me!

Finally! I got a MAC! I used to have one, but got stolen with my guitars - Fender Stratocaster ‘63 ($ 20 000) and Paul Reed Smith ‘86 ($12 000).

I will tell you more about these guitars and the pain I felt when I saw the door broken…

I just wanna tell ya how happy I am having a MAC. I wouldn’t have this without the incredible support and really cool friendship with Nick Bradley, the owner of Bradley.tv - Film Production Company. You can see my MAC here.

I would also like to thank Zoran & Boban from Framix - Post Production Company in Zürich, for their friendship, support and time. They made it so easy regarding all the installations for my MAC.

I’m ready to go again. I work fast, but now the sky is the limit!

Video on websites - is the Internet one big TV?

March 26, 2008 – 12:51 am

I found this article while I was checking the Bradley.tv blog. I think it might be interesting for you to know…

Web 2.0 is a popular phrase these days, I have no doubt that you’ve heard it before but you may be unsure exactly what it means.

People are basically referring to the way that the Internet has evolved. Web 2.0 is what some people refer to as the second version of the Internet, it is making the Internet much easier and friendlier to use.

Websites such as YouTube rely completely upon videos for their content. It has never been easier to make your very own movie to display on your website, this not only makes your website more personal but it also gives you a leg up on the competition.

This route is fine for personal websites and will allow you to develop strong bonds with your visitors. Adding a personal look also makes your site look unique and interesting. For example a recipe site with lots of recipes would seem boring when compared to a site with lots of videos showing how to prepare the same meals.

A video can be used for any website, whether it’s to show somebody what to do, showcase your buiness, or simply to demonstrate your products or service.

Instead of simply reading about how to use your product they can watch a video of you showing them, how much better would that be? So you can either not create video and get left behind, or you can start adopting these new changes and incorporating them into your website.

That said, beware! There is a huge gulf between that homemade handy cam look and a professionally shot and edited film. That’s where Bradley.TV comes in! Read more…

Having two in one (head) | About my web design passion and my music career

March 15, 2008 – 2:37 pm

I’m a pro musician and web designer. This works!

Web design part - Valid table less XHTML/CSS W3C websites, Flash, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, Logo Design, Graphic Design

Music part - Guitar, Singing, Song Writing, Lyrics, Heavy Rock

When I’m having a gig with my band Fast Lane is always smoky, loud, aggressive, sweaty… and late. No need to talk about the rest. You know it.

Creating websites is the part of my life when I’m alone in front of my machine and is dark, quite and dry. I go to these places where I wanna go and try to come back with an idea. Most of the time is happening. I’ll need to tell you how it all started in my next topic.

Anyway, I’m not a copywriter, I can write lyrics for my songs, but is not my strength to write articles. But I can talk! I can talk about anything with anybody. Put it this way if you will - copywriting is for someone with a lot of patience, experience and many ideas.

You can hand around for a while here on my web site and see couple of my works. I’m free for freelancing, open project jobs, web design, programming, hand coding etc.

Hey, you can check out my music when you get a chance! : )
